Copyrite Systems supports the largest education awards

The team at Copyrite Systems has continued to support the biggest celebration of education, this year.

For the fifth year running, Copyrite Systems has been the joint title sponsor of the Educate Awards, along with its partner, Ricoh.

The Educate Awards, which is now in its tenth year, went virtual on Friday 29 January due to the UK lockdown measures in place. The ceremony would have normally been held at the Liverpool Cathedral, with over 800 guests in attendance.

Presented by Simon ‘Rossie’ Ross, the live ceremony connected with judges and sponsors, via Zoom, who revealed the winning schools. The event then crossed live to the individuals from the winning schools to find out their reaction in real time.

Broadcasted live on YouTube, the awards celebrated different aspects of school life and also honoured inspiring individuals through the Teacher of the Year, School Support Star of the Year and the School Governor of the Year categories.

Tom Doyle, managing director of Copyrite Systems, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have supported the Educate Awards once again this year.

“The event is a key date in the calendar for the education sector and we love nothing more than celebrating with the schools and colleges on the night. Although the ceremony was slightly different this year, it still had the same magic and atmosphere as the physical event and it was wonderful to hear from all the winners and find out what the awards mean to them.”

Tom added: “We have been working with primary, secondary schools and colleges for over 25 years and we know first-hand the hard work and dedication that happens day in, day out. Partnering with the Educate Awards is our way of saying thank you to all these individuals who are ensuring young people have the best start in life.”
